AI summary of reviews

Its sensitive, supportive handling of difficult mental-health topics stands out: attendees say knowledgeable, approachable trainers create a safe, relaxed environment for open discussion. Interactive activities, case studies, role play, videos and workbook exercises make the learning practical and engaging, while the ALGEE framework and take-away materials provide clear tools to use at work. Attendees report stronger understanding and confidence in recognising concerns, starting difficult conversations and supporting young people and others. The content is extensive, but the pace generally feels manageable.

I have just completed my Mental Health First Aid training led by Kelly. She was absolutely amazing throughout the course—knowledgeable, engaging, and supportive. Kelly answered every question thoroughly and with great expertise, making complex topics easy to understand. Her approachable style created a safe and open learning environment, which really enhanced the experience. I feel much more confident in applying what I’ve learned thanks to her guidance.

This was an amazing delivery of the course in a relatable and efficient and impractical way. Chloe and Pete made this so interactive and very on par with the families and young people that we support.
