AI summary of reviews

Its sensitive, supportive handling of difficult mental-health topics stands out: attendees say knowledgeable, approachable trainers create a safe, relaxed environment for open discussion. Interactive activities, case studies, role play, videos and workbook exercises make the learning practical and engaging, while the ALGEE framework and take-away materials provide clear tools to use at work. Attendees report stronger understanding and confidence in recognising concerns, starting difficult conversations and supporting young people and others. The content is extensive, but the pace generally feels manageable.

A fantastic course. I learned so much that will help in both work and personal life. Sophie is an excellent course provider and makes everyone feel valued and welcome. Tim was honest and realistic about school life, linking the learning to everyday work and home-life. Would highly recommend the course to others.

I really liked the use of first hand stories used to illustrate and bring to life various conditions, great for putting things into context. Also liked the caring culture developed throughout the course, with an emphasise on taking care of your own wellbeing. Good personal practice.

Well presented and well balanced course. Clive, the trainer, brought something special to the course through his anecdotes and personal experiences. Its great that we have guys like this around to both directly support troubled young people and guide us to be better at supporting the young people that we come into contact with and also to take care of ourselves in doing that. Thankyou for a brilliant 2 days!
