AI summary of reviews

Its sensitive, supportive handling of difficult mental-health topics stands out: attendees say knowledgeable, approachable trainers create a safe, relaxed environment for open discussion. Interactive activities, case studies, role play, videos and workbook exercises make the learning practical and engaging, while the ALGEE framework and take-away materials provide clear tools to use at work. Attendees report stronger understanding and confidence in recognising concerns, starting difficult conversations and supporting young people and others. The content is extensive, but the pace generally feels manageable.

A very in depth and comprehensive course, the tutor was very knowledgeable, experienced and supportive throughout the sessions. Good use of videos to convey messages. The Maggie Task, I don't recall this task but we did the first session 2 months ago and my memory is not the best, sorry.

Fantastic course. Really enjoyed it considering the subject was really hard. There was a lot of information but presented really well and thorough. Nick was really good at answering questions and interacting with everyone. Everyone felt comfortable to share experiences and interact as a group. Nothing was seen as a silly comment or question. Thank you

I gained So, so much from this training. In fact, an old friend reached out on the weekend, knowing I had done this training, as their child was threatening suicide and was increasingly agitated and drug taking. so i was able to advise and put into practice what i had learned. This helped greatly as they contacted me today to tell me that they had asked the direct question, called the GP and had a referral to CAMHS today. Without this training I would never have advised as i did so a huge thank you :)
