Fabulous course

Kirstie and Stevie were fab - collaborate really well together and made the course fun, informative and useful. As I work in a back office role, this will help with the Mental Health of my direct team and helping to support with their MH needs. This has risen during Covid and the awareness and techniques I have learnt today will help massively in my role. Thanks again!

Kristie & Stevie are a great combination - Kristie's experience & knowledge as a professional combined with Stevie's personal 'lived' experience and knowledge. The simple 'golden nuggets' (as they were referred to) that Stevie shared will change the way a number of us, if not all, will approach situations from today onwards so possibly life changing. A great session with lots of interraction from everyone which always makes training so much better. Thank you both
