Diane is an excellent support and mentor to each and every one of her students. The course format allows for open and honest discussion as a group, allowing us to realise we are all facing similar challenges. Over the duration of our 12 week training course, I feel as though I have developed as a person and an employee. The delivery of the course is engaging and thought provoking. I found the course encouraged me to step outside of my comfort zone and help other members of the team where possible. I also found that the group setting allowed for particularly open and honest discussion about the challenges faced in business on a day-to-day basis. Diane's commitment to her students is commendable, and I would recommend the course to any and all of my colleagues.

I've done a lot of leadership training in my career, but nothing has landed like this programme. Instead of a half day, then "now go and do your best", the chance Diane gave us to reflect on the learning and practice at the start of each session was invaluable. Having time between sessions to put what we learn into practice was crucial too, and allowed us all to see where we could continue to improve, seek feedback from one another along the way, and share that openly with Diane's facilitation in the subsequent sessions

Participating in this course with Diane and the rest of the Management Team has been revolutionary. Not only does the initial profile highlight personal strengths and development areas to focus on, but the course itself delivers real, actionable advice, along with frameworks / models to help implement suggestions throughout the training program and in the future. I've been able to take significant steps forwards in how I deal with the areas I personally find challenging in just a couple of months, and have also noticed changes in the wider team (who were on the course with me) resulting in all of us communicating and working better together.
