Diane is a great presenter and communicator, and I like to think friends since starting the course. Teaching not only supports your career development and growth but also your personal life! Must do for those seeking greater awareness and improvement of communication, relationships and attitude.

This was my second Leadership and Management course and this one topped it. Diane was so engaging and made her sessions fun and informative. Diane has a lot of knowledge and experience to share and she gave real life examples from her career which helped us understand the topics better. I also liked how the sessions were broken down into mini topics which allowed us to focus on developing one area at a time and then put what we've learnt in that particular session into practice. I highly recommend this course. Thank you Diane.

The course was really engaging and insightful. It really made me think about my approach to management and the workplace environment. It has increased my own confidence in my ability to lead successfully, and while also bringing about the best in others.

I have attended a few leadership and personal development courses over the years and DMM Training and Development/Diane Mason is by far the best. The structure is clear, the course content interesting and provokes thought and self-evaluation. To get the most from the course, it is best to be totally honest about your own areas of weakness which is not easy. However, any improvement and progress only comes from recognising your strengths and weaknesses. I can genuinely recommend this course, which I have never done with past training.
