I really enjoyed the escape room and more examples of putting things into practice would have been great. A lot of the other stuff felt a bit theoretical and it wasn't always clear what the practical use of it was for instance the ego states. When we went over them again, it was clearer but initially I wasn't sure if we were aiming to identify peoples ego states or change their ego states.
A thoroughly interesting and well delivered course. It was very engaging and kept us all involved. Ian was very personable and delivered the course brilliantly.

The course surprised me as it exceeded my expectation and i found it really interesting, leaving me with much to think about.
