The course was fantastic and opened my eyes. George was very engaging and knowledgeable and made the course interesting.
Would be good to be more inclusive of neurodivergent individuals e.g different colour PowerPoint, facts and figures including neurodivergence
It was a blast i felt really engaged and included
I think everyone within the company should’ve done this course.
The speaker was engaging. More practical examples directly related to the school can be provided, e.g. specific tips in writing documents.
I would highly recommend this training to anyone who wants to improve their communication skills and develop their emotional intelligence, both personally and professionally. Colin is an excellent trainer, and his passion for the subject matter was infectious. One of the things I appreciated most about Colin's approach was his ability to create a safe and supportive learning environment. He encouraged active participation and feedback, and he was always willing to answer questions and provide additional insights.
The course covered the content indented to allow the team to think more about how they communicate with each other.
This course was valuable at points, but felt too generic or not engaging at others. While the visualisations on demonstrating different perspectives is valuable, we spent quite a lot of time on it (as well as examples of non-verbal communication), and I felt the time could have been spent elsewhere on the collaborative tasks (or to allow for space where conversation unexpectedly developed). I appreciated that our instructor was willing to answer quite specific questions about my own communication style, but worried it was a waste of time for others.
