It's still really difficult to remember what ALGEE stands for in its entirety as each letter stands for multiple things but overall I feel like the important stuff has really stuck with me, about asking directly if someone is suicidal and about what not to say. I felt that a lot of the webinar training repeated what was in the online training beforehand but often didn't add on or build on the material very much. It was good to have the training not only mention how to help students but general MHFA (such as the substance misuse material) so that I feel better able to help people outside of the university, too.

Fab trainers and group to discuss such a topic, thanks all.

The breakout sessions on the first day didn't need to be 10 minutes long, there were periods of silence at towards the end of the period. This may be due to smaller number of people in the room to participate to the conversation.

Found the course to be very informative. It has defiantly given me more confidence to approach a person in crisis and and feel I would be able to help and keep them safe. It’s been a good reminder to take care of yourself during and after such a situation. Both instructors were open and clear in their discussions making it engaging.

I found the course to be very helpful. The structure of the course i found to be very important in learning. Having the course attendees work together through it was alot more interesting. Thank you

I thought the course was great, I thought the group format was great as it gave us a opportunity to discuss our opinions and views as well as the information we had learned which gave us a wider perspective on mental health.
