Enjoyed course and it worked as a group on call

Very worthwhile and completely agree that this should be completed by all staff. Karen and Mandy’s vast knowledge and experience came through so strongly and made me think of things from a different perspective.

A great course full of really interesting and informative information. You felt looked after in the sessions and listened to. Stephen and Tor were easy to listen to and made it a comfortable environment to be in. I learned many things that will help me in my role. The group of people on the course with me also gave good ideas and we worked well together. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. A HUGE THANK YOU.
