Thank you to all 3 of you . The course was not intense it was fun . It flowed perfectly even though Gwen went off poorly it was organised in a professional manner that didn’t affect the course at all. The instructors all worked together perfectly. Thank you for a great week
The training was brilliant, I took on so much from the course and am really looking forward to holding future training courses. The week was made so much easier by the support received from Rhys, Gwen and Ellender - thank you all so much!
Just an overall really enjoyable training week. Could not have asked for better trainers and grateful to be apart of the MHFA Wales Instructor team.
The 2 instructors worked seamlessly together and were really enthusiastic. They were honest and human and exceptionally knowledgeable and I felt safe in the group. We were fortunate that all participants were equally enthusiastic and it was probably the best training I have ever been on. As someone going on to now deliver - the honesty about 'stuff which can happen' and some disruptive behaviour which can be shown by participants was invaluable and it was very comforting to know Gwen and Rhys have already experienced some of this tough stuff. Sorry both I always write 'War and Peace' :-)
