The course was fantastic and everyone was really engaged. The group gelled really well and everyone felt comfortable enough to share and discuss alternative ways of thinking. I believe every person on this course got something out of it and will be successful as trainers moving forward.
I have really enjoyed all aspects of this course. There was a great balance between self-guided study, participation and webinar learning. Hearing Andrew Dunmore and Lisa from Barod speak was also inspiring. Promoting good mental health awareness and destigmatisation is a passion of mine and I can't wait to get out there, to confidently carry on the work that Gwen, Rhys and MHFA Wales are doing. Thanks so much. My head is bursting with possibilities!
I loved the scenario and that I had a very special part to play. Amazing course and I will be telling everyone I know. Thank you again guys it has been a pleasure. I am running out of nice things to say now so I will leave it there :-)
Also i would like to add Steve who also delivered was great I thought the challenging participation workshop on day 5 was great and Steve really managed all those situations like a true professional. Thank You everybody for a amazing 5 days and I would certainly recommend this course

I would thoroughly recommend the Mental Health First Aid course to everyone, it is an invaluable life skill for us all. I would also recommend the instructor training to anyone who works with others. It is a fantastic course.
