The MHFA Facilitators created such a safe space to explore some pretty difficult topics. Understanding we all have mental health has been enlightening. Knowing what to do in situations of mental distress has been empowering. I feel inspired to challenge the stigma of mental illness and distress in more insightful ways. Thank you both so much. Nikki :)

1. Some of the discussions and tangents were really interesting, it would have been nice to have been nice to explore a few of these in more depth. However, that would extra length to the training and require participants to be online longer, which brings a raft of other issues and 'online fatigue'. Hopefully, the yearly conference will allow these discussions/tangents. 2. For the future, I would like to see fonts (on handouts and powerpoints) and PPT backgrounds to be altered. (Backgrounds to be pastel, and a friendlier font adopted (Calibri / Candara / Verdana (there are others). The current set-up is not Dyslexia / Irelen's friendly. Which limits inclusivity aspects of the resources. This (which is out of your hands) is the only reason for giving 4 stars to 'about the course'.

Rhys and Gwen made the online training experience very pleasant, being delivered in a friendly but professional manner. I feel I have gained more knowledge about mental health than before I started, which was my hope before starting the course. The training gives you the opportunity to put mental health into context and the opportunity to do this in a facilitated working group is invaluable.
