Thanks Tamsen. I really enjoyed this workshop and will put so much into practice with my team. Lots of tips, tools, techniques and fun elements to share with them and with my friends and family. Recommend this workshop to every manager.

It was a lovely course. It would have been great to have this session longer with elements of discussion, knowledge sharing.

Course had some helpful strategies and approaches to use with staff E.g. use of WAPS to generate discussions with particular workers.
