The content of the course was good, interesting and very use full. The course was delivered really well, at the right speed and it was the right length. The Wellness Action Plan will be really helpful along with the remainder to put your own mask on first. Thank you.

I found it so helpful. Having attended the workshop back in the summer it was a great reminder and more hints and tips to use as a manager. Really useful, pitched just right, relevant tools that I can see myself using a lot. Good understanding of the difficulties we are facing as managers. I think this should be 100% mandatory so all employees can have this level of support and understanding from their line manager.Response : Thank you Rebecca, this is encouraging feedback. Having spent most of today on Teams call it would have been good to have had a short break in the middleResponse : Thank you Stuart - that is good feedback. It's a tricky one with a 90 minute session isn't it. We've had feedback that a break we included during a 2.5 hour session was unnecessary and some feedback that a 5 minute break would be useful during this one. I think in future, we will include a short comfort break during this session to allow people (us included) the opportunity to step away from the screen. Thank you again and I'm glad you found the session itself useful.
