As some one who has attempted cemap twice before simply academy the stark contrast in study text, questionnaires, resources, mocks, and focus on matters even small in details compared to other online based material is simply put in its own league, a guaranteed pass damn near, throw Terry in the mix and I would say it’s impossible for some one who focuses, applies themselves and does as Terry instructs to fail, his talent knowledge and wisdom and certainly not going to waste, he’s making honest ethical mortgage advisers on a regular and not only upgrading his students lives but doing good for the general public aswell as they will also benefit from this by having good ethical trustworthy knowledgable advice. More then a pleasure to meet someone like Terry not only for his teachings but to say you will have good time whilst doing so is understatement.
This course exceeded my expectations. David’s a great teacher, managing to keep everyone engaged. I passed my exam just a few days after completing the course due to attending this course, it would have been much tougher and taken a lot longer with self study. Thank you!
Was fantastic and made learning fun and memorable
