I wish the course trainer could stay on the topic and cover the breadth and the depth with appropriate examples rather than his personal, would be great. I wish specimen Q were a bit more and closer to what the actual exam pattern is.

The CeMAP 2&3 live webinar with Luke is highly informative and well-structured. Luke's expertise and engaging approach makes the course contents easy to understand.

David was a great trainer, however where the course was let down: Too many attendants on the course, made asking questions difficult, I would have expected the course to be more personal at the cost. Issuing of books rather than all digital would have been better, this resorted in me requiring to print al the packs, at the cost paid I would have expected this be be prepared.

I felt my trainer was generally a nice person but his teaching methods did not suit my learning style. I had hoped for more engagement throughout the course to ensure I could grasp a good understanding (maybe a powerpoint presentation, productive quiz's to test our knowledge after each topic covered). I personally struggle to absorb and retain information when just going through a book and having stories/case studies told as examples. The complete course material did not get covered within the designated week provided and therefore as a whole, I feel that the course should have been extended to ensure all material was explained/understood better and the delivery of the course was adapted to suit different learning styles. After sitting CEMAP 1, I need to resit unit 2 and after sitting CEMAP 2, I need to resit unit 3,4 and 6. It has left me feeling very deflated and frustrated

Trainer wasn’t that great. Pretty much just read directly from the book which could have been done alone at home too. Time wasn’t arranged/organised properly so felt that trainer was rushing to complete and couldn’t answer any questions students had. Maybe make course 7 days instead of 5 days if unable to cover study material. For being so expensive, would’ve expected a bit more Lovely venue, perfect location, polite receptionist with head scarf. Study Material is good. Thank you.

Luke was absolutely fantastic! Made time for everyone, happy to go over things (numerous times in my case!) and was very knowledgeable. I hope he is taking my next course!

The trainer spent the week as a majority just reading the book out loud. There were a couple demonstrations on a white board but more could have been done. There was a screen behind him that was completely unused, a powerpoint or something would have really aided learning. We only spent one day covering unit 2 which was not sufficient. He did not show us any content from the book, instead we spent the entire day only going through 100 questions from mock tests. We were told that a third of these 100 questions could come up on the real exam. All of us students spoke of our dissatisfaction as this as what about the other two thirds? We hadn't touched any course material for unit 2. We were all upset about unit 2 and felt it hadn't been taught to us well at all.

I’ve requested additional materials being a customer but was rejected by simply unless I booked another course

I feel really disappointed with how this course went when compared to the CeMAP 2&3 course I took a couple of weeks before. The teaching styles were so different I was left completely baffled on what I should be doing and what I should be focussed on. The first course (2&3) was via PowerPoint presentation with slides to write down to focus on those specific areas. The second was just reading through the textbook. It has not left me feeling confident and as I sit here now trying to revise I feel no better off than if I was to have Home studied. This is not a criticism of Paul who was lovely and extremely knowledgeable but a frustration that a course within the same company can vary so dramatically that it leaves me potentially not passing me exam. Why there isn’t a uniform approach to the courses you provide? It makes me feel that simply are nothing more than a middle man.

I thought a substantial amount was repeated from level one and I did not feel the need to spend so much time repeating the same thing. It would have been far more useful to spend time on the new stuff. It's expensive to take the course and I felt at least two of the days I didn't need. Paul is an excellent trainer. I think it's simply academy that need to review the content. I also don't think you should be able to take 2 & 3 before 1 because it slows progress for those like myself that had already done cemap 1
