Alan was superb. I typically struggle with any sort of intensive learning but the way Alan structured the days and presented the material was perfect for me. I'm pleased to say that thanks to him I passed the exams with relative ease and I'm sure I wouldn't have been able to do so without his tutelage. I'll be coming back for CeMAP 2 & 3, and have already told my directors that I don't care when they book me in for as long as the course is being taught by Alan Downing
Navigating around the website to login is not user friendly. Took me a while to find where I had to login to book my exams.
Brendan is a great trainer who really helped me to understand the course text.
Not having studied for a long time and not coming from a financial background, I was apprehensive as to how I would cope and regarding classroom based learning. I needn't have worried, Peter Slater immediately put me at ease and his method of teaching suited me perfectly. Classroom based learning does not suit everyone. The classes can be full on and you need to put in extra hours at home afterwards. But in my opinion the extra money spent was worth it, if even to hear Peter's comical slant on what can sometimes be slightly boring topics.
The course is Simply Superb. Intially i thought fees was a bit high but decided to invest in my future career. But It's worth every penny. Terry Bateman is one of the best trainer/teacher I have experienced.I come from a totally different background and the way Terry explained (even the basics or complicated modules) , it was fun & excitement all 5 days. It was hectic & intense but he made it easy for all of us. The course materials are very handy and I loved the idea they have done with their complimentary pen. You need to find it yourself ;-). All-in-All .. good value 4 money,can't ask 4more

Terry is a very knowledgeable and interesting person
All training materials were provided and Terry did an amazing job at explaining everything in incredible detail whilst referencing it to life stories we can all relate to in order to ensure our understanding. His passion for finance and love of helping people in it really did have an effect on the whole group. Would recommend this course and Terry to whoever is looking to make a career in finance!
I did CeMAP 1, 2 and 3 with Alan in Bristol. Great guy, I couldn't have asked for anything more from him. His teaching style is excellent and to the point, course material is easy to follow. Booking was easy, facilities are excellent. Cannot recommend Simply Academy highly enough.
