I just feel it was rushed - those who have just started in the industry it was not catered for them it was catered for those who had already taken and were resitting the exam. I feel if it is being presented as the first it should be fresh and go over things in more detail 3 days is not enough.Response : Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’d like to reassure you that the course you attended does cover the full FSRE Unit 1 syllabus and is designed to support both learners who are new to the industry and those who are already working within it. As I’m sure you can appreciate, we do advise all delegates to complete some pre-study using the materials provided before attending, as this helps ensure everyone has the best possible chance of exam success and that the course content can be delivered effectively within the scheduled time. That said, we genuinely value your comments about pacing and the level of detail, and we will take this on board as we continually review and refine our training. The course was exceptionally well-structured and highly informative, thanks in large part to our trainer, David Beever. His depth of knowledge was outstanding, and he provided thorough, insightful answers to every question raised. David’s engaging delivery made the entire experience both enjoyable and educational. I booked this course as a career changer new to the industry in hope that it would suitably and swiftly prepare me to undertake my CeMAP 1 exam. The trainer (Luke) was light hearted and personable, explained all aspects very clearly and covered all required information in a manageable way. Having no former experience aside of this course I took my exam the following Wednesday and was incredibly pleased to find I had passed with a merit. It didn’t disappoint and I would highly recommend!!

We had David as our trainer; he was excellent. He didn't focus too much on the slides, instead having open conversations, engaging with us all, and using anecdotes to help us understand. By far the best professional training experience I have had, and look forward to seeing Dave in Oct for another round!
