I cannot speak highly enough, the learning handbook was of the highest quality, the venue was superb but best of all was Alan. Alan is hands down the best trainer I've ever had, he uses humour and relatable stories that really helped me visualise and understand new concepts and information. His energy, enthusiasm and extensive knowledge made it a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Course was very good and the trainer very capable.

Alan is an excellent tutor with expert knowledge on the subject but more importantly an incredible way of teaching. Everything he’s taught us has landed and stuck through the way he delivered it. Can not express enough how worthwhile the course has been and it’s all down to the tutor. Only thing I would improve on is the structure of the week; for me personally I’d have liked having four days of learning, half a day of refresh/mock tests on Friday and then going straight into the test Friday afternoon.

Alan was a fantastic trainer. he covered the points required in full, always checking to make sure we understood and was happy to go over points again if required. The venue (Horizon Leeds) was excellent, It was in a good area close to shops and hotels. I particularly like the coffee machines and facilities available to use throughout the day.

I have been recommending the course to other people as it helped fast track my understanding on the course subject within a collaborative classroom environment. Luke provided fantastic tips and methods to help learning and retain information whilst emphasising focus on knowledge that would come up in the exam. As such, this course enabled myself to secure a merit and distinction mark.

The air conditioning did not work brilliantly. But otherwise a decent location. The course overall was excellent and I passed the exam, despite the syllabus change. So very happy thanks.

Having studied all the CeMAP courses the expertise and knowledge of the tutors really gave me a better understanding of the course work and all the products, policies and regulations within the mortgage industry. Thanks to all the team!

Chris is an excellent trainer. He is very good at helping the group understand even the most complex concepts. I was able to successfully complete both exams on Monday.
