Really relevant to my job. Delivered excellently

Very interesting and engaging course little uncomfortable at times but in a good way!!!! Learnt a lot of new techniques/ ways of communicating with lots of different people.

Such an informative, and enjoyable course. The content was useful for my professional life and also personal life. I feel I have learnt a lot that I will use whilst communicating with patients.

I expected to role-play some patient scenarios around different subjects such as denial and collusion etc. we didn’t do this but we did cover lots of good communication tools, topics and approaches. I did really enjoy the training overall

Very worthwhile course. Provided me with some useful tools to take back and use everyday in conversations with my patients in making them worthwhile and more meaningful providing better support and more effective signposting.

Craig was engaging, explained things very clearly and in a way you could understand him. Have taken some key things away which were discussed in the 2nd training, which I can apply in my work & personal life. Thanks!
