Very good. Virtual is less effective but understand can’t do face to face. Still awaiting paperwork from multiple previous sessions despite requesting a few times.

This has been a really informative module which has supported me in understanding more about the need to consider the situation and staff member with supporting development of team or individual performance.

Very good went at a really good pace and was relevant to role I do, very helpful indeed. Please can I have a copy of the slides from today's session as well as from module 2 and 4 which we were told we would receive but have not yet been sent to us despite asking for them many times.
