Time flew by I liked the way the trainer got everyone involved in the activity. Breakaway rooms were a good touch. Doing a course on teams is always challenging but good breaks and delivery spot on.
It was a very enjoyable day. Helen had a nice natural way of delivery. The course length was just right. She made the topic engaging for all. It was a bit frustrating at times with the Zoom interference of not hearing Helen speaking at times, although it did settle down. Not Helen's fault I know.

Emma was really knowledgeable and enthusiastic. given the difficulties with remote working, she made it really engaging with the breakout rooms and picking people to speak out
