Having been on management courses in the past (and walked away extremely disappointed, feeling I’d lost a day of my life that I’d never get back), I was not looking forward to it. I’m leaving my first of three sessions truly believing that I’ve actually been trained in management. I feel I am now in a better position to reflect upon my management based on what I have learnt today

Mark is an excellent trainer .From start to finish he kept the team engaged and the training delivered was relevant to my role which I will definitely implement within my team.

Absolutely loved it thank you. I was a bit skeptical initially about how training could support me in a management role but it’s given me so much to think about and lots of different method and theories I can implement going forwards.

The training was really useful. Providing the powerpoint straightaway would help reflection.

Participating in this programme has enhanced my understanding of management and leadership. These skills will be instrumental in developing my own role and empowering me to support my staff in various ways. As someone new to the position, this knowledge has boosted my confidence. I'm excited to continue learning!

Really enjoyed the session.

Helen was excellent and knowledgeable. She demonstrated her credibility as a coach throughout the session. This was a good introduction to coaching skills for those new to it and a good reminder for more experienced colleagues.
