It was enjoyable though the group exercise was painful and whereas we got there in the end, interjection to help/bring it to a close earlier rather than taking 2-2.5 hours was painful

Fantastic day of learning, informative morning session and fun activity in the afternoon session putting that learning into practise.

Good having mixed content and exercise in the afternoon to keep energy high
