Rich is a brilliant trainer, he explains models and theory in an easy to understand style and will answer questions and offer advice throughout on real life scenarios

It was interesting, good interaction in the virtual room and good pace of course

Some repetition of communication module however still good to reaffirm those points.

great day nice , to network with others during the breakout sessions, good tips and hints
