Mark was a really good leader, thank you. I would have benefitted of some more examples of how to put together a personal development plan, other than just smart targets. The 360 feedback is a great starting point but would like direction on how to actually structure a PDP
overall, it was a good session and a lot of useful information were provided.
Good, considered topics that align to my own management and leadership style, but also stretched my thinking and how and what I do as a manager.
Enjoyed it. Professionally run and managed.
I found it a practically useful course from a knowledgeable trainer who was able to give good examples and maintain the engagement of the participants.
