Difficult day due to connection however course itself and trainer are interesting

I have enjoyed all of the modules and feel I have improved as a leader

Good refresher and interesting to interrogate my 360 feedback and build actions moving forward

I enjoyed the day but found this session to be the hardest to take in so far.

Good course, easy to understand. Some of the breakout rooms were awkward but that was down to the delegates, Bigger groups worked better during the last activity.

The day was very insigthful and informative, covering aspects of governance and its impacts on our roles through to the qualities of and effective Leader / manager. This will help to understand the integral components that need to be present to be as productive as possible.

Good session, a lot of new information that I havent covered on previous leadership courses which has been really interesting.
