A little basic for me - would of been better to pick one or two elements and go into more depth on those
Enjoyable session, the team building/change process dealing with the stack was highly enjoyable and thought provoking.

Reflective course that looked made me look at my self and how I am perceived within my organisation.
I was aware of quite a good deal of what the Course Leader was presenting as I have undertaken previous leadership courses where some of these theories were discussed.
