Short and snappy, but to the point. Excellent day. Working on Teams helped, as I generally gave more input than usual
Enjoyed via Teams, gives more ways to interact and feedback. some people happier to type rather than speak.
The delivery on teams was good, albeit a bit hard going on the eyes looking at a computer for so long. Everyone was able to input into the session fully. I really liked the Pollev as a good way of capturing thoughts throughout the session
Named questioning might be more effective when open questions are asked just cause people are reticent. But excellent overall and engaging, well designed and well sequenced
