A good opportunity for reflection and discussion on topic areas. The group size was good and created an learning environment.
Really useful to have the time to sit and reflect. Great to work with colleagues from other parts of the Councils.
I think the workshops are excellent. As we know that people learn mostly by doing, I suggest using interactive exercises, possibly using gamification. This should be done before, during, and after each workshop session.
