Bernie is very knowledgeable on the subject of leadership, and the modules he's run during this course have been most enjoyable. He has a knack of drawing people out to contribute, that might not normally (me included). There were a few different people in attendance compared to previous modules I've attended, but I think this was good, as we had a different perspective and all attendees contributed.

Excellent course with a knowledgeable trainer!

Enjoyable session with a trainer who knew the content extremely well..lots of practical examples and chance for input. Breakout room discussions and activities were well developed and well thought out to enable us to understand how this would be relevant to our job roles.

I enjoyed the day but found this session to be the hardest to take in so far.
