I thought it was really useful. Lots of information need to put it into practice. Some break out sessions on using it would have been helpful. Some role play scenarios.

Really interesting day, I think myself and the whole group have gained some valuable knowledge to take away and work on

Martin was excellent. I really enjoyed his delivery style and appreciated the investment in making the group gel. It made a day with strangers really pleasant. Martin explained everything really clearly and answered any questions well.
