Mark's pace ensured that we were able to actively listen and effectively contribute throughout the day.

I have learnt a lot from the day and the pace of delivery was very good. It is easy when learning virtually for it to be too much and the style of delivery was also spot on.

I learned a lot about different approaches on how to implement change. Interesting to see views from various angles. The sessions today have been informative and I will definitely adopt a more thoughtful approach to my management style around change moving forward.
