Excellent day where i learnt many new things, including some useful theories that i can put into practice
Mark is a fantastic trainer, the session was engaging and thought provoking, backed up with great peer discussion and real world examples.
A great session that has given me plenty to think about regarding budgets and why I am not told the budget for my area. It would be good to be able to plan better and buy items in bulk.
The course was fantastic and I will certainly be utilising the TED technique within my role. Also to use appreciate inquiry will make me a more positive practitioner by being an active listener!
