He is a good trainer and will use his training in my day to day work life.

It was a lot of information to take in. It was helpful however I didn't feel I could engage with it all. I expect with the follow up work it will make sense

I thought Richard was an engaging trainer, with a good number of activities and questions to break up the sessions!
