Informative as to why we need to be trained as managers.
Very good course. Access to Internet very limited, not trainers fault but the facility as the WiFi is none existent

It was another good session, we had touched on elements of this before during the 2 previous models but it’s good to be reminded of these
As already mentioned this is all new information for me but it was delivered in a very effective way which helped me to understand it.
Well rounded course, gives me a better understanding of how it all works and what is expected

It would be good to have an apprentice or IT support for the tablet and it’s issues.
