Interactive discussion and shared experience are central strengths, with attendees valuing the relaxed, well-organised format and opportunities to learn from supervisors across specialties. They describe the trainer as engaging, experienced, humorous and skilled at facilitating groups with different levels of training. The clear presentations, useful slides and relevant examples support learning that applies directly to the educational supervisor role, while some attendees would welcome more practice with challenging situations.
