Very helpful discussions and interactive sessions using videos sending very clear messages and key learning points
Wonderful presenter and it was very useful. Scenarios were pertinent to real life situations. Some difficulties with technology meant not all those who registered were able to attend but I personally found the course very encouraging and obtained a lot of information and resources.
