I've done this course before with a different provider. I absolutely loved the different approach which is brilliant 👏. It didn't seem like a repeat. I really learnt new things.

Wonderful presenter and it was very useful. Scenarios were pertinent to real life situations. Some difficulties with technology meant not all those who registered were able to attend but I personally found the course very encouraging and obtained a lot of information and resources.

A very interesting introduction to leadership. Good interactive exercises. It was really useful to reflect on work base scenarios and problem solving current and future issues.
