I enjoyed this course and found the instructors both knowledgeable and engaging. The information was presented in a clear, easy to understand way, which made it easy to relate to my day to day experiences. I feel understanding and enhancing our mental health is key to living a happy and fulfilling life, and I would encourage everyone to take the time to take this course to familiarise themselves with the challenges and pitfalls we all face, and understand the tools we can use to overcome them.

This course had the perfect combination of explanation about how the brain works, alongside some really helpful information about what we can do to improve our own mental health. The section on mental health awareness, was very informative, and gave me a better understanding overall. Tamsen and Gary delivered it in a way that was extremely informative, easy to understand, and very engaging. I would thoroughly recommend this course, amazing!

Fantastic course! Great content that you can complete at your own pace and with activities which check your understanding as you go. The worksheets help you to embed key learning and the videos are the perfect length so you can dip into the training when you are able.

Absolutely fantastic course. Easy to navigate and complete, clearly explained concepts that challenged my understanding of mental health and enlightening neuroscience based information and tools that I feel confident will enable me to better manage my own mental health in the future and that of my family and colleagues. Highly recommended.
