An excellent training session(s) that was delivered with care and empathy, and left me feeling more empowered to do this kind of work with both service users and my own team members in future.

I really found the training useful and informative - especially how our trainer, Vas, was able to ustilise not only the course material but also the thoughts of those in the training, as they were a useful bunch too!

The course was well presented in an informative and enjoyable way. I feel I have the additional knowledge I required for my job, where I have to work with people with suicidal ideation. The course has given me additional tools I can use in these difficult situations to ensure that I give the vulnerable person the care and empathy they need. This additional help is invaluable to the vulnerable person as it can be the difference between them ending their life or accepting help offered to them.
