A safe, compassionate approach makes this difficult subject accessible: attendees value knowledgeable, empathetic trainers who create space for honest discussion without pressure. They describe clear, well-paced sessions combining practical frameworks, language, scenarios, role play, videos and breakout activities, supported by useful workbooks and signposting resources. I thoroughly enjoyed the course which Bronwyn delivered. I like the use of the breakout rooms to discuss matters in a smaller group. I appreciate the work books which can be used for future reference. I also wish to acknowledge Andrew's support in the background regarding communication and the sending out of material for the course to us. I might consider the C & G qualification at a later date. The course was insightful. Thank you.

I don't feel that zoom/online training is ideal for this training but on the whole the course was good and has helped me understanding suicide better. I hope I don't have to put the training into practice but feel confident I could if ever needed.

I enjoyed it. I've just done the MHFA course and was told it would be the same content. But I found it built on it and was a good refresher.

The course was really helpful and I feel much more prepared if someone was to come to me with suicidal thoughts. I also feel that I would be able to approach someone if they seemed low too
