Considering this was via Zoom it was a very well structured course and has been adapted well too distant learning. I felt that Steve had a good idea of the duty of care he held due to the subject matter.

would be handy to have the Powerpoint post course for review of questions and answers covered. alot of information to write down in a short period.

I really enjoyed the course today. Sometimes the thought of an all day training can be challenging. I felt that Steve kept this upbeat, interacted well. Plenty of breaks. Easy material to following and a great pace. Although the role plays can be scary these really helped put the theory into practice and feel how the person was feeling if they were going take their own life. Also it encouraged me to pause if needed as I am a fixer and not always such a good listener. Role plays were a good skill to undertake.
