The course was really long to be looking at a screen for, I can not concentrate for that long on a computer even with the breaks allocated - to have it run over two mornings would be much better to digest and concentrate especially with a very important subject

Felt it gave me some good skills and knowledge to use if needed and was nice the group came from different companies and had variety of experience. Think as some people in the group hadn't experienced some of the topics covered, it would of more beneficial for them to know the basics before. Trainer was personable and friendly and gave good examples and ideas. She managed the group well too.
