As mentioned above, I felt the course was delivered in a calm and reassuring manner, everything was explained clearly, with continual checks that we understood was had just been discussed. We were also allowed time for really useful group discussions, without us feeling rushed at any point. The content was excellent and has added significantly to my knowledge on this topic.

This was such a fantastic course to attend and one that everyone should attend. There are so many people finding life challenging, who may not have anyone to speak to, or who feel that they can't speak about having thoughts of suicide. Whether that's down to a fear of being judged, or a fear of being a burden to others, if more people were aware of how to handle these situations, there wouldn't be such a stigma around suicide. And people wouldn't be so scared to ask the question on whether someone was having thoughts of suicide.

A fantastic course which complements other mental health first aid methods. A very beneficial life skill which extends far beyond professional lives and helps improve the world, even if just a little.
