A good introductory course but a slightly faster pace would be good.

I think that this training is very necessary to all. It was sensitively delivered and covered everything we needed to know and gives us the confidence to step in and give an intervention if necessary. Excellent course and all the tutors were extremely good. lthough a difficult and emotive subject I did enjoy taking part. Thank you

I enjoyed the course but i felt it didn't benefit me as much as i had hoped overall as these are things i am already practising and would have perhaps like more information on local services and more targeted discussions around service user groups and commonalities. Susan was excellent in her presentation but struggled with the other two presents who talked longer and quieter and felt a bit muffled at times.
