Really interesting and thought provoking course. Lots to fit in, in one day. Beforehand I wasn't too sure what I'd let myself in for, but it was a really worthwhile course.

I enjoyed the course and the pace was good. It is hard to prepare for every eventuality. It was useful to remind not to give answers but to try to initiate them from the person

Well worth attending as I feel that I have skills and knowledge of how to support someone who may be feeling suicidal. I am aware of professionals who to signpost to and how important it is to look after myself when supporting others.

Excellent course, only marred by Zoom problems with internet sound going at times, more frequently in last hour and the occasional screen freezing. I was surprised at I have superfibre connect and do not tend to have any issues with internet.
