This was one of the best training days I’ve been on. I e learnt so much and have learnt lots of things that I can use on a practical level. I think joy is a fantastic trainer, the pace was just right and I felt like she was able to hold the group on a very difficult subject

I don’t normally give full stars for things! We’ve been doing a lot of training recently and so I’m particularly aware of how presentation/workbooks/facilitators contribute to learning. I loved that the slides reflected the workbook and were very visual with key concepts written down. This really helped me to understand and absorb the learning. Joy spoke to, encouraged and supported each person in the room which I found particularly powerful and comforting. Thank you, Joy.
