I found the physical asking of the question 'have you thought about suicide' so powerful and yet difficult, it was incredibly overwhelming and a key moment in the course.

I thought the course was very informative and well delivered. It was interesting to break down why people die due to suicide and what may contribute to their thought process. The safety plan is something I want to look further into and make sure I use in the future.
